Emma’s Story
Emma began her journey at PAVE East Texas in 2017 through our ESL program. She later transitioned into GED classes, where she passed all four exams in English — her second language — and proudly earned her GED on May 15, 2025.

Since then, Emma has completed two Career Pathways certificates in English and now serves our students as a volunteer and office assistant, helping others navigate the same path she once walked.
